A: We're 100% mobile — we come to you anywhere in Ottawa and surrounding areas.
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: Just access to an outdoor water tap and electrical outlet. We'll bring everything else!
Service-Related
Q: What’s included in each package?
A: We offer 3 detailing packages:
Buff Basic: Exterior wash, Bead Maker, light vacuum, console wipe-down
The Clean Slate: Full interior deep clean, vacuum, shampoo, and ceramic interior protectant
Signature Detail: Our most comprehensive package – full interior + exterior wash, clay bar, and S0.02 sealant
Q: Do you offer ceramic coatings or paint correction?
A: Not at the moment — but we do use premium sealants and sprays for protection and shine.
Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book?
A: Use the “Book Now” button on our website, or click here: Book Now!
Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
A: First-time clients pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Remaining balance is due after service.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
Vehicle & Condition Questions
Q: What if my car is super dirty or has pet hair?
A: We can handle it! Excessively dirty vehicles may incur an extra fee — we’ll confirm before starting.
Q: Do you work on all vehicle types?
A: Yes — we service compact, mid-size, and full-size vehicles. Prices vary by size.
